Original Gangster: Air Force 1 '07 - Nike

I was never one for an 'All-White' shoe. They are high maintenance and I feel excessively bad after messing them up which inevitably tends to happen. I was ok with a white out & mid sole but never all white (body+sole). I reconsidered my opinion once I put on these shoes. If there is a shoe that will make you an instant standout in a crowd, is it the Nike Air Force 1 White. In a single word, this shoe is just 'Gangster'. They look great on feet and create a gorgeous contrast when paired with dark jeans. For detail oriented people, the Silver AF-1 branding on the lace also adds a little something.

The shoe is all leather with a rubber sole which gives it reasonable weight but its not heavy. A leather based shoes is something I would not recommend for playing in, though a lot of people play in AF1s, so this is a more of a personal choice. Leather shoes tend to take some time to break into so no difference here.The Cushioning is Nike's Air technology but is not visible like most Nike Air models. The Mid and High AF 1's comes with a strap so you can tie up your laces or strap up for lock down. The dotted air vents at the toe keep your feet cool and that works for me since I'm comfortable with socks.

This shoe is an absolute classic and very easily available around the globe. The branding on the shoe includes the standard Swoosh on both sides, an 'AIR' on the sole and a NIKE AIR and Swoosh under the shoe and near the ankle. Whether a collector or for regular usage, this one is a certain buy. There are thousands of Air Force 1 models in all size, material (suede, leather, rubber) and colour variations, the ones in the picture are the leather Mid's. This shoe's simplicity and durability are some of the many reasons why the Air Force 1 is 35 and still running.
